Can I combine services?

Yes! We can easily customize for anything and everything you are in need of. When you fill out your request form, put in the body what specifically you are looking for.


Do you have a cancellation fee?

If you need to reschedule your call, not a problem! You get two reschedules. If you are cancelling an in person appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your service fee.


What if my skin reacts to the products I receive?

Always hold on to your receipts for the products you purchase, most retailers allow 30 days to return or exchange even if the product is used. If you are having issues with your products from the guide, you can schedule a call with your Stylist before your 30 day follow up call to discuss challenges and alternate options.


What if I need more help with my products after I purchase them?

You will receive a follow up call 30 days after your products are in your hands! If you still need help, book an in person lesson so you can get a more hands on approach to understanding the application of your new products.
